Capacity does not determine fit
A three-cigar case can have narrower channels than a two-cigar sleeve. Check every product page for maximum cigar length, opening diameter, or stated ring gauge.
Allow tolerance
Leave a small margin for lining, cigar caps, handmade measurement variation, and rigid seams. If a cigar matches the published maximum exactly, choose the larger case when available.
