Do the cases include cigars?
No. Cigars shown in product photographs are display props.
Does every case control humidity?
No. A fitted leather sleeve protects during transport but does not actively control humidity. Products supplied with cedar lining or a humidity pack identify that in the description.
How do I know if my cigar fits?
Compare both length and diameter. Use the ring-gauge converter and fit checker, then leave a small tolerance below the stated maximum.
Is a cutter included?
Only when the selected variation explicitly says “With Cutter” or the included-items section lists one.
Can I return an unused case?
