These terms govern purchases from and use of caseandcedar.com. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written to be readable; if any part is unclear, email service@caseandcedar.com before ordering.
1. Who we are and what we sell
Case & Cedar (“we”, “us”) operates the online store at caseandcedar.com. We sell cigar cases, humidors, and related accessories. We do not sell cigars, tobacco, or nicotine products, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell them. Cigars and other props shown in photographs are not included with any product.
2. Eligibility
The products are accessories intended for adults. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter into a contract.
3. Product information
We aim for accurate descriptions and measurements. Dimensions are hand-measured by the makers and may vary by a few millimeters; colors may differ slightly because of lighting, screens, and natural variation in leather and wood. Where a figure is not published by the maker, the listing says “not specified”. If a listing contains an obvious error, we may correct it and, if you have already ordered, offer you the choice of proceeding at the corrected terms or cancelling for a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Shipping is added at checkout according to the shipping page. We accept PayPal, major credit and debit cards, and eligible device wallets. Payment is collected in full when the order is placed and processed by the payment provider; we do not store card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we confirm dispatch. Before dispatch we may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailability, a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, an address we cannot serve, or a request to ship items we are not permitted to send. If we cancel, we refund the full amount paid.
6. Shipping and risk
We ship to the address you provide; please check it carefully. Delivery times on the shipping page are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier delivers to your address. Import duties, taxes, and carrier fees charged by the destination country are your responsibility.
7. Returns and refunds
Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the conditions on the returns section. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded when reported with photographs within 7 days of delivery. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
8. Use of the site
You may use the site to browse, buy, and read our guides. You may not scrape the site for commercial resale of its content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false reviews, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Product reviews are limited to verified purchasers and may be edited or removed if they are abusive, off-topic, or misleading.
9. Intellectual property
Site text, guides, page layouts, and original graphics are owned by Case & Cedar or used with permission and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written consent. Product photographs are supplied by the makers. Any third-party names or designs mentioned remain the property of their owners and are used only to describe products.
10. Safety
Cigar cutters and other sharp tools included with some products must be handled with care and kept away from children. Check airline and destination rules before travelling with cutters or lighters. Cases are not toys and are not intended for children.
11. Warranties and liability
Products are supplied with the guarantees required by applicable consumer law. Except for those non-waivable rights, the site and products are provided without further warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of or damage to cigars stored in a case.

How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
