TL;DR — The Qianlong four-cigar lacquered case is a wooden travel box with a removable four-channel tray under a high-gloss lid reproducing a Qing-dynasty equestrian painting. No interior dimensions are published, so it is chosen for the desk, the gift box, and the artwork rather than for a specific cigar; assume Toro length and 54 ring gauge unless a measurement is confirmed. $199.

Who buys this case
A gift buyer who wants an object rather than a pocket case, or a smoker who keeps four cigars on a desk and likes the lid. It is the same body as the Napoleon case with a different painting, and buyers usually choose between the two on the artwork alone. It is not a case to carry in a jacket and not one to throw in a golf bag.
Specifications as supplied
| Capacity | 4 cigars |
|---|---|
| Exterior | High-gloss lacquered wood |
| Interior | Wood or cedar-lined, removable four-channel tray |
| Hardware | Metal hinges, rounded edges |
| Dimensions | Not specified |
The absence of a stated interior is the case’s main limitation for a buyer with a known cigar. The solid-cedar four-cigar case is the same format with both figures published.
Which cigars fit
Four-channel trays of this style are cut for the common 50–54 gauges and Toro length. A Robusto or Toro at 50–52 is a safe assumption; a 56 is not; a Churchill is not. If the case is a gift for someone who smokes large or long cigars, either ask for a sample measurement or choose the solid-cedar case, which states 190 mm and 22 mm.
Construction and closure
A lacquered wooden body and hinged lid, metal hinges, rounded edges, and a lift-out tray. The lid closes closely with no gasket. The lacquer is the surface that needs care: dry microfiber only, no sprays, no polish, and no sun on a windowsill, which fades the painting over years. The tray and body are wood or cedar-lined; the store has not verified species.
Against its neighbours
Against the Napoleon case: identical apart from the lid. Against the solid-cedar case: that one publishes 190 mm and 22 mm, has a clasp, and is plain cedar; this one publishes nothing, has hinges, and carries a painting. Against the desktop humidor: same lacquer, five to seven times the capacity, and a long-term storage role this case does not have.

Care that applies here
Wipe with a dry microfiber cloth. Keep it on a shelf or in a drawer; in a bag, wrap it in cloth and pack it centrally. A chipped edge can be touched in with clear nail lacquer if the paint layer is intact. Do not wax.
Before ordering
Accept that the interior is unstated, or email with the cigar you intend to store. Look at the lid at full size on the product page; it is a detailed painting and the whole reason to choose this case over the plain cedar one. Note that it ships in protective packaging, not a gift box.
