Two millimeters can change the answer
A 6½-inch cigar is 165.1 mm, not 165 mm. That exceeds a listed 165 mm maximum by 0.1 mm. The finder compares unrounded values and cannot silently round that excess away. If a manufacturer instead publishes 165 mm directly, use that published value for that product.
Separate length from a thick-ring label
