Gordo / Grande Cigar Size: Length, Ring Gauge & Case Fit

A 6 × 60 example is 152.4 mm long and exactly 23.8125 mm in nominal diameter. The word Grande covers other lengths and still larger ring gauges; use the actual two-number specification.

Why a 23.5 mm channel is too small

A 60-ring cigar exceeds 23.5 mm by 0.3125 mm. The finder uses the unrounded conversion, so it does not claim that a 58-compatible channel also accepts a 60. A listed 25 mm opening clears the nominal diameter, but does not establish usable length.

Round and box-pressed bodies need different inputs

A ring number describes a nominal circular diameter. If the cigar is box-pressed, measure its widest cross-section and select the box-pressed option. There is no universal corner allowance that can be added to every brand or press shape.
